Roadway Displays, Inc. has built the Quick-Change Frame System in Temecula, California since 1987. It is a changeable sign for the sides of refuse and recycling trucks and other fleet vehicles. The aluminum frame is riveted to the truck body once. A printed panel with a 91 in x 27 in live area sits inside it, held by a cam-over stainless spring. An authorized crew member changes the panel at the yard in under 30 seconds, with no wrap to strip and no outside installer. When the message changes, only the panel changes. Panels are 3 mm corrugated plastic as standard, with alternate substrates available depending on climate. Every frame is warranted indefinitely against mechanical failure (damage from trees, buildings or driving excluded). There is no minimum order, and design is free with unlimited proof rounds. Change the Message Between Routes.

Once the replacement panel is at the yard, an authorized crew member can change the display in under approximately 30 seconds.

    Open the spring-loaded frame.

    Remove the existing panel.

    Insert the replacement panel.

    Close the frame and return the vehicle to service.
