The information we collect depends on how you interact with us and which Site features and technologies are enabled.

A. Information You Provide

We may collect:

• Identity and business-contact information, such as your name, organization, municipality or agency, department, job title, business address, email address, and telephone number.
• Inquiry and project information, such as fleet size, vehicle or body types, campaign needs, desired timeframe, artwork needs, installation considerations, budget stage, and other details included in a contact or quote request.
• Appointment information, such as requested date or time, meeting details, and communications relating to an appointment.
• Order and transaction information, such as quote, purchase-order, customer, invoice, billing-contact, deposit, payment-status, and transaction-reference information. Payment-card information may be collected directly by a third-party payment processor rather than stored by Roadway.
• Customer content, such as artwork, logos, trademarks, photographs, text, campaign materials, proofs, specifications, instructions, and files you provide for evaluation or fulfillment.
• Communications, including emails, telephone inquiries, form submissions, customer-service messages, feedback, and records of your communication preferences and consents.
• Privacy-request information, including information needed to receive, authenticate, and respond to a privacy request.

Please do not submit sensitive personal information that Roadway has not requested, such as Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, financial-account credentials, medical information, or information about children.

B. Information Collected Automatically

When you use the Site, Roadway and its service providers may automatically collect:

• Internet Protocol address;
• browser, device, and operating-system information;
• device or advertising identifiers where permitted;
• approximate location derived from an IP address;
• referring and exit pages;
• pages viewed, links selected, buttons used, form interactions, and dates and times of activity;
• session, traffic-source, campaign, and conversion information;
• cookie, pixel, tag, local-storage, and similar technology data; and
• diagnostic, security, performance, and error information.

We may associate this information with other information when permitted by law and consistent with your choices.

C. Information From Other Sources

We may receive information from:

• customers, agencies, employers, colleagues, vehicle manufacturers, dealers, printers, installers, and other project participants;
• service providers supporting hosting, forms, scheduling, analytics, advertising, customer relationship management, communications, payments, shipping, and security;
• advertising and social-media platforms;
• public agency directories, procurement systems, public records, business websites, and professional sources; and
• referral partners and other lawful business sources.

We may use personal information to:

• operate, maintain, secure, troubleshoot, and improve the Site;
• respond to inquiries and communicate about requested products, services, appointments, or projects;
• evaluate fleet needs and prepare recommendations, specifications, quotes, budgetary pricing, proposals, and timelines;
• process and administer orders, artwork, proofs, production, payments, delivery, installation support, warranties, and customer service;
• maintain customer, order, project, artwork, and frame-dimension records for future service or reorders;
• send transactional emails, appointment reminders, and other service-related communications;
• send marketing emails or text messages when permitted by law and consistent with the consent or other lawful basis that applies;
• conduct analytics, measure traffic and engagement, understand how visitors use the Site, and improve our content and marketing;
• create audiences, measure advertising performance, attribute inquiries or conversions, limit repetitive advertisements, and deliver or support interest-based and retargeting advertising where permitted;
• maintain records of consent, preferences, opt-outs, transactions, and communications;
• detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, misuse, security incidents, infringement, and other harmful or unlawful activity;
• enforce our agreements, protect our rights and property, and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims;
• comply with law, legal process, procurement obligations, government requests, and recordkeeping requirements; and
• evaluate or complete a merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or other business transaction.

We may aggregate or de-identify information and use it for lawful business purposes. We will not attempt to reidentify information treated as de-identified except as permitted by law.

Roadway and its service providers may use cookies, pixels, tags, software development tools, local storage, and similar technologies. These technologies may collect information over time and across websites, applications, browsers, or devices, depending on their configuration and your choices.

We may use the following categories:

• Strictly necessary technologies support security, network management, accessibility, form operation, preference storage, and other features required for the Site to function.
• Functional technologies remember selections and support enhanced Site features.
• Analytics technologies help measure Site traffic, visitor interactions, performance, and campaign effectiveness.
• Advertising technologies help measure advertisements, attribute conversions, build or exclude advertising audiences, limit frequency, and deliver interest-based or retargeted advertisements.

Where required, nonessential analytics and advertising technologies will not be activated until you provide consent. You may manage available choices through the cookie banner or the Your Privacy Choices link in the Site footer. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.

Browser settings may allow you to block or delete cookies. Blocking certain technologies may affect Site functionality. Cookie choices may be browser- and device-specific, and deleting cookies may also delete a saved preference.

Roadway uses or may enable analytics and advertising services to understand Site use, measure marketing, and reach business audiences. The partners actually receiving information depend on the tools enabled at the time, your location, consent, and privacy settings.

These partners may include:

• Google, including Google Analytics, Google Ads, Google Tag Manager, Google Signals, conversion measurement, audience features, and remarketing. Depending on configuration, Google may collect identifiers, approximate location, browser and device information, Site interactions, session data, and advertising or conversion information. Google may use cookies or other identifiers to measure activity and support personalized or non-personalized advertising. You may manage Google advertising preferences through Google Ads Settings and use available Google Analytics opt-out tools.
• Meta, including Facebook and Instagram services, the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, custom audiences, lookalike audiences, and advertising measurement. Depending on configuration, Roadway and Meta may receive or match browser and device data, Site activity, conversion events, and contact information submitted for audience matching where permitted. Contact information used for matching may be transformed, such as through hashing, before transmission. Meta uses information under its own privacy policy and business-tool terms.
• Microsoft, including Microsoft Advertising, Universal Event Tracking, audience tools, and conversion measurement.
• LinkedIn, including the LinkedIn Insight Tag, campaign measurement, website demographics, matched audiences, and retargeting.
• Other advertising and measurement partners that Roadway may use in the future, such as video, display, social-media, demand-side, or account-based advertising platforms. If enabled, these providers may collect or receive similar online activity, device, audience, and conversion information subject to this Policy, applicable consent requirements, and their own privacy terms.

We do not authorize advertising partners to receive sensitive personal information through Site pixels or advertising tools. Do not enter sensitive personal information into free-text fields. Roadway should configure advertising events and URLs to avoid transmitting project details, payment information, government identifiers, or other prohibited information.

Advertising platforms operate under their own privacy policies and may independently combine information with information obtained elsewhere. Roadway does not control their independent processing. Links to current partner privacy and opt-out resources should be provided through the Site’s cookie-preference interface.

Retargeting may cause a Roadway advertisement to appear after you visit the Site or interact with an advertisement, email, or campaign. Advertising partners may use cookies, pixels, device identifiers, or similar technologies to infer interests, create audiences, measure conversions, or deliver advertisements across services.

Depending on your location, you may be able to opt out by:

• selecting Your Privacy Choices in the Site footer;
• rejecting advertising cookies through the cookie banner;
• enabling a legally recognized browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control (GPC);
• using the privacy or advertising settings offered by Google, Meta, Microsoft, LinkedIn, or another platform; or
• using industry opt-out programs offered by the Digital Advertising Alliance or Digital Advertising Alliance of Canada.

Opting out does not necessarily eliminate advertising. You may continue to see contextual or non-personalized advertisements, and an opt-out may apply only to the browser or device on which it was selected.

We may disclose personal information to:

• Service providers and contractors that support hosting, website operation, forms, scheduling, analytics, advertising, communications, customer relationship management, file storage, design, printing, order fulfillment, payments, accounting, delivery, installation, security, and professional services.
• Advertising and analytics partners as described above, subject to applicable consent and opt-out rights.
• Project participants, such as the organization you represent, agencies, procurement personnel, vehicle manufacturers, dealers, installers, carriers, designers, printers, and others involved in evaluating or fulfilling a request.
• Professional advisers, including attorneys, accountants, auditors, insurers, and consultants.
• Government authorities and other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law or legal process; protect rights, safety, security, or property; investigate misconduct; or establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.
• Transaction participants in connection with an actual or proposed merger, financing, acquisition, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or transfer of all or part of the business.
• Other recipients at your direction or with your consent.

We do not sell personal information for money. Some privacy laws define “sale,” “sharing,” or “targeted advertising” broadly enough to include disclosures made through advertising cookies, pixels, or audience tools, even when no money changes hands. Where those laws apply, Roadway will provide required notices and opt-out methods.

Depending on where you live and whether the applicable law covers Roadway or the relevant processing, you may have the right to:

• confirm whether we process your personal information;
• request access to or a copy of personal information;
• request correction of inaccurate information;
• request deletion of information, subject to exceptions;
• request information about categories of information collected, sources, purposes, and recipients;
• opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, or certain profiling;
• limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information;
• withdraw consent where processing relies on consent;
• appeal the denial of a request where applicable; and
• receive equal service and not be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right.

We may request information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authority. An authorized agent may submit a request where permitted, but we may require proof of authorization and verification. We will respond within the period required by applicable law. If we deny an appealable request, our response will explain how to appeal.

California Notice

During the preceding 12 months, Roadway may have collected the categories described in Section 1, used them for the purposes in Section 2, and disclosed them to the recipients in Section 6. Depending on the advertising tools enabled, identifiers and Internet or other electronic-network activity may have been shared with advertising or analytics partners for cross-context behavioral advertising. Roadway does not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16 years of age.

Roadway will process recognized opt-out preference signals as required by applicable law. If Roadway is not subject to a particular state privacy statute, it may still respond to requests voluntarily, but this Policy does not create rights beyond those provided by law.

For individuals in Canada, Roadway will collect, use, and disclose personal information with meaningful consent or another lawful basis, as applicable. You may request access to personal information, request correction, withdraw consent subject to legal or contractual restrictions and reasonable notice, or ask questions about Roadway’s privacy practices.

Where required, Roadway will obtain consent before activating nonessential technologies used for online behavioural advertising. Canadian recipients may withdraw consent for commercial electronic messages through the unsubscribe mechanism in an email, by replying STOP to an applicable text message, or through another method provided in the communication.

Information may be processed in the United States or other jurisdictions, where it may be accessible under local law. Roadway does not currently direct the Site specifically to Quebec residents. The Site and this Policy should receive Quebec-specific review before Roadway actively expands into Quebec.

Canadian privacy questions or complaints may be submitted using the contact information in Section 17. If a concern is not resolved, you may have the right to contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada or the applicable provincial privacy regulator.

Roadway may use information you provide to respond to an inquiry, prepare a quote, communicate about an appointment or order, and send other transactional messages.

Marketing email and marketing text messages will be sent only as permitted by applicable law and consistent with the consent or other lawful basis that applies. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase. You may unsubscribe from marketing email using the link in the message. You may revoke marketing-text consent by replying STOP or through another reasonable method. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.

Opting out of marketing does not prevent Roadway from sending nonmarketing communications about an inquiry, appointment, transaction, safety issue, legal notice, or existing business relationship where permitted.

If online payments are enabled, payment information may be collected and processed directly by a third-party payment processor. Roadway may receive limited information such as payer name, billing contact, transaction reference, amount, status, and the last digits or type of payment method. The processor’s privacy policy and terms govern its independent handling of payment information.

Do not submit card numbers, bank credentials, or other payment information through a general contact, quote, artwork, or project-details form.

Communications involving a municipality, public agency, public employee, procurement system, or government project may be subject to public-records, freedom-of-information, retention, audit, disclosure, or procurement requirements. Roadway cannot guarantee that information sent to or received from a public entity will remain confidential when disclosure is required by law.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including to respond to inquiries, administer customer relationships and projects, maintain order and artwork records, support reorders, meet warranty or contractual obligations, comply with procurement and recordkeeping requirements, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and satisfy legal, tax, accounting, insurance, and security needs.

Retention periods vary based on the type and sensitivity of information, the relationship, applicable contracts, consent, legal requirements, and operational need. When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymize, or securely dispose of it.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. However, no website, transmission, or storage system is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for using appropriate care when transmitting information and for protecting any credentials or systems under your control.

Roadway operates from the United States. Personal information may be processed and stored in the United States and other countries where Roadway’s service providers operate. Privacy laws in those jurisdictions may differ from those in your location, and information may be subject to lawful access by courts, law enforcement, or government authorities.

The Site is intended for adults acting in a business or governmental capacity and is not directed to children under 13. Roadway does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 or knowingly sell or share the personal information of individuals under 16. If you believe a child submitted personal information, contact us so we can review and take appropriate action.

The Site may link to or integrate services operated by third parties. Their privacy practices are governed by their own notices, not this Policy. We encourage you to review those notices before providing information or using those services.
