Quick-Change Frame System
One Frame. Years of Service. Messages Changed in Seconds.
Roadway’s permanent aluminum frame stays mounted to the vehicle while authorized fleet personnel replace the printed campaign panel in approximately 30 seconds.
The Quick-Change System
Three Components. One Repeatable System.
Roadway’s Quick-Change System separates the permanent vehicle-mounted hardware from the campaign artwork that changes over time. The frame remains installed while fleet personnel replace only the lightweight printed panel.

Permanent aluminum frame
The anodized-aluminum frame mounts to the vehicle body and is designed to remain installed through recurring campaign changes.
Spring-loaded retaining edges
The retaining edges open to provide access to the panel, then close to hold the replacement panel securely in position.
Interchangeable printed panel
The campaign artwork is printed on a lightweight removable panel. When the message changes, this is the only display component that needs to be replaced.
- Anodized-aluminum frame
- Vehicle-mounted hardware
- Spring-loaded access
- Replaceable printed panels
- Vehicle-specific configurations
The Quick-Change process
Change the Campaign Without Removing the Frame.
Once a replacement panel is available at the fleet facility, trained personnel follow four steps to rotate the displayed campaign.
- 01
Open the retaining edges
Release and open the spring-loaded frame edges.
- 02
Remove the current panel
Lift the existing printed panel out of the installed frame.
- 03
Position the replacement panel
Place the new printed panel inside the permanent frame.
- 04
Close and confirm
Close the retaining edges and confirm that the panel is properly seated.
Built for fleet operations
A Simpler Way to Keep Messages Current.
The Quick-Change System is designed for recurring municipal and fleet communication—not a single permanent campaign.
No adhesive removal
Replacement campaigns do not require stripping and reapplying full adhesive graphics to the Roadway display area.
Changes at the fleet facility
Once replacement panels are available, trained personnel can rotate the displayed message where the vehicles are based.
Repeatable panel specifications
Once a frame configuration is established, its panel dimensions can be retained to support future replacement-panel orders.
Fit to the fleet
Configured for the Vehicles You Actually Operate.
Roadway reviews the fleet, available mounting area, and communication requirements before recommending a frame and panel starting point.
Roadway Reviews
- Vehicle and body types
- Available mounting areas
- Approximate fleet quantity
- Desired display locations

Roadway Recommends
- Suitable frame configurations
- Appropriate frame and panel dimensions
- Initial frame and panel quantities
