How It Works
How a Roadway Program Comes Together.
One permanent frame mounted to the vehicle, printed panels that change with each campaign, and a fleet review that establishes both.
The essential idea
The Hardware Stays. The Message Changes.
Roadway separates the permanent vehicle-mounted hardware from the campaign artwork that changes over time.
Permanent frame
The anodized-aluminum frame remains mounted to the vehicle between campaigns.
Replaceable panel
Only the lightweight printed campaign panel needs to be removed and replaced.
Fleet-yard change
Authorized personnel can rotate the displayed message where the vehicles are based.
From first review to recurring use
One Installation Supports an Ongoing Campaign Program.
Roadway helps establish the frame configuration, panel specifications, artwork, and installation approach. Once the system is in place, future campaigns become replacement-panel orders rather than new hardware projects.
Review the fleet
Roadway reviews vehicle types, available mounting areas, approximate quantity, and communication needs.
Specify the configuration
Recommended frame sizes, panel dimensions, quantities, and installation approach are documented.
Develop and approve the artwork
Provide approved creative or work with Roadway to prepare fleet-ready artwork. Nothing prints before the artwork is approved.
Produce and install the system
Frames and initial panels are produced, and the permanent hardware is installed using the agreed installation approach.
Steps 5–6 repeat for every new message — no new hardware is purchased.
Order replacement panels
Roadway retains the established panel specifications to support future replacement-panel orders.
Change the message at the yard
Authorized fleet personnel remove the current panel, position the replacement panel, and return the display to service.
